I’m Zachary Lofeudo, the proud owner of Mortgages With Zac.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I have always been a people person, so I started my career in the hospitality industry. After a decade of learning the ropes, I got inspired to set up a restaurant of my own.

From day one, I was hands-on and learned every aspect of running the kitchen. However, I craved a vocation that allowed me to use more of my analytical acumen while still focusing on customer service.

Consequently, after four years of serving customers with delicious cuisine, I decided to become a mortgage professional. I soon found that making the shift to become a broker was a perfect fit for me as it combined human relations and mathematical thinking to identify optimum rates.

Recently, I’ve noticed that interest rates have become incredibly low. There are also tons of products and options available to borrowers if they take the time to seek the right advice.

I’m dedicated to my clients, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my communication skills. I regularly update clients about their financial situation, which ensures that they do not become overwhelmed with the home purchasing process.

I also attribute my success to being available for my clients every step of the way and using my vast knowledge to educate them. It allows home seekers to make informed decisions about securing the keys to their dream home.

Helping first time home buyers go from being stressed and confused to feeling happy and confident that they are making the best choice for their family’s future has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I’m not securing lenders, my passion is cooking, which I frequently do for friends and family. I love to cook for banquets and have everyone eat, drink, and be merry together.

I also support programs involving special needs as my mother and grandmother both work with special needs children through the TDSB. Besides, my great grandmother suffered from Alzheimer’s, so I would like to give back in some way to those affected by it in the future.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
